Upon arrival, it was determined that the school had the same graffiti as the Cypress Police vehicle. Graffiti was located on the front of the school, on the school sign, and in the quad area. The total damage to both the school and the police vehicle was estimated at $50,000.
On May 7, 2013, at approximately 3:45 pm, Cypress Police Officers were dispatched back to Lexington Junior High School in regards to a suspicious person who was seen wearing a bandanna over his face and taking pictures of the school.
